MINTY CHOCOLATEY MILK SMOOTHIE

An invigorating milk smoothie of fresh mint with the sweetness of vanilla and chocolate.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR 1  
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened) 
1 teaspoon vanilla (pure) 
1 handful fresh mint leaves 
100 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%) to dissolve mint leaves 
100 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%)

INGREDIENTS FOR 2
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened) 
2 teaspoons vanilla (pure) 
2 handfuls fresh mint leaves 
200 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%) to dissolve mint leaves 
200 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%)

INGREDIENTS FOR 4
4 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened) 
4 teaspoons vanilla (pure) 
4 handfuls fresh mint leaves 
400 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%) to dissolve mint leaves 
400 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Grind mint leaves to a fine paste. Incorporate milk with mint, infuse for 2 hours in the refrigerator. 
  • Blend the remaining ingredients with the milk and mint mixture.
  • Strain mixture through a sieve and serve cold.
