  • 4 pitted dates
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2-3 cup ice cubes
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSRUCTIONS

  • In a blender, blend all the ingredients together into a smoothie.
  • Pour into a cup and serve.
  • Decorate with cinnamon smiley face
