A delightfully syrupy milk smoothie of fresh figs and date.

1 fig (fresh)
2 dates
1 teaspoon coconut fiber flour
100 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%) to dissolve the dates
150 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%)

2 teaspoons coconut fiber flour
200 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%) to dissolve the dates
300 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%)

4 teaspoons coconut fiber flour
400 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%) to dissolve the dates
600 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice dates in halves and soak for at least 2 hours in milk, keep refrigerated
- Mix together with remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, serve cold.
- For an extra fine texture, strain through a sieve.
