A delightfully syrupy milk smoothie of fresh figs and date.

INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS FOR 1  
1 fig (fresh) 
2 dates 
1 teaspoon coconut fiber flour 
100 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%) to dissolve the dates 
150 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%)

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 
2 figs (fresh) 
4 dates 
2 teaspoons coconut fiber flour 
200 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%) to dissolve the dates 
300 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%)

INGREDIENTS FOR 4
4 figs (fresh) 
8 dates 
4 teaspoons coconut fiber flour 
400 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%) to dissolve the dates 
600 ml of Arla Organic Low Fat Milk (1,5%)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Slice dates in halves and soak for at least 2 hours in milk, keep refrigerated
  • Mix together with remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, serve cold.
  • For an extra fine texture, strain through a sieve.
