Toddlers should be well-nourished as at this age they begin to interact with more kids in nurseries and become more susceptible to infections

Carrots included in the pasta sauce as carrots is an excellent source of fibers, Vitamin A and phytonutrients. Parmigiano Regiano is a hard cheese that is high in calcium and a good source of protein and fats. Strained tomatoes aid in iron absorption and also provide lycopene an antioxidant which supports a healthy immunity as toddlers start interacting with more children. Olive oil is heart-healthy and contains Vitamin E an antioxidant needed for healthy immunity. Asparagus is for healthy immunity.
