LURPAK
Lurpak® is one of the world’s famous butter brands. It's roots go back to 1901 when Danish dairy farmers and their co-operative dairies joined forces to protect their quality butter under the 'Lurmark' trademark.
For over a century, Lurpak® has set the standards for consistently high quality and superior taste. Lurpak® has rigorous system of quality control; arguably one of the most stringent in the world, and has constantly evolved and improved since the nineteenth century.
The Lurpak® name we know and love replaced Lurmark Danish Butter in 1957. Throughout the 1960s and onwards, the passion for Lurpak® spread from Denmark to the whole world and it quickly became a familiar sight in homes all over the Middle East. Lurpak® is now sold in 75 countries.
